How long does it take to get an estimate?
Typically we have an internal goal of a 24 hour turnaround, depending upon the complexity of the job. To submit an estimate, click here.
How do I get to your facility?

Is it hard to get in touch with sales and production Employees?
All salespeople and customer service representatives have email and voicemail. Salespeople receive notification of voice mail via their cell phones when out of the office.
Are pick-ups and deliveries a problem?
No, with a fleet of 4 trucks and 2 vans available at all times, pick ups and deliveries are not a problem within the tri-state area. Additional couriers are also available.
What number should I call on the weekend to check the status of my job/proof?
First call your sales representative, but you can always call 800-222-2259. Someone is always available Sundays at 7 p.m. through Saturdays at 7 p.m.
How do I know when to ask for a digital printing quote versus an offset printing quote?
Typically, those jobs containing variable data or are under 1,000 pieces are most cost effective with digital printing. For jobs with quicker turnaround times, you might also want to ask for a digital printing quote in addition to your offset quote. There are advantages for both types of printing for different pieces, so its best to ask your sales representative for advice or contact us.
